And lots more! Top Membership Cost The cost of an annual Airtraveler membership is $39.95. Top Credit Card FAQ The user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and billing address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date) for us and our third party partners to process transactions which require payment. This information is only used for billing purposes and to complete the user’s reservation request. Additionally, if we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. For your convenience, the credit card information is maintained with your profile to expedite transactions which require payment. Your credit card information can be changed in your membership profile. Top Membership Expiration For your convenience, one month prior to the expired date you will receive a reminder via email. The email will provide instructions which will allow you to cancel your membership. If you do not notify us to cancel your membership, we will automatically renew your menbership and charge it to the account in your profile. Top Become a Member Becoming a member is simple, just click here and you will be taken to the member profile and credit card form to complete. Your membership will be activated immediately. Top Forgot Log-In If you forgot your password, go to the My Airtraveler Page and click on the Forgot Log-In link, under Become A Member. Enter in your email address and click the Send My Password button. Your password will be sent immediately. Top Cancel Membership If you would like to cancel your membership you may do so at anytime. Please send a cancellation request with your Airtraveler username to: customerservice@airtraveler.com. Upon cancellation, you will receive an email confirming your membership has been cancelled.
